Rita Gill – Youth Leader

Hi, my name is Rita – I am the Youth Leader at Jesus Tower of Hope Ministries I  have a great passion about teaching young people to walk with God! Yes God!

“The world pulls young people away but God pulls them towards him where there is redemption and safety and I know the temptations are great for many, but with God and his Power the devil’s stronghold cannot hold back the young generation. I have seen God change young people’s lives and without a doubt he can change your life too. There is a condition if you want this CHANGE you must first “come to HIM! And then he will come to YOU”

Messiah’s Messengers Youth Group is a unique Ministry and came about in a unique way they have a Vision to spread the Powerful Message of the Gospel across nation of the Continental. The Revelation of the Holy Spirit is amongst them and we believe God has “set them up” it is his plan to have them!! For his purpose and Glory.

In 2008 God spoke to my pastor Priya to arrange a Big Youth Event in Southall. I replied “Dear Pastor we have not a single Youth why would God speak to you to do such a thing”.

She told me to be silent, in a nice way and replied “God said It, so just Do it” The NEWS spread out in Southall…. Over 100 young people attended the event. There was a great outpour of Gods presences!!! Something we were praying about! Just as God promise, so it happened. What a loving God we serve, he said he will never forget his children nor will he ever put them to shame.

One youth said “The event was amazing! I don’t know what hit me! When I walked in I felt unconditional love and warmth that I can’t explain. The others said “The atmosphere…was amazing! Something happened to me as soon as I walked in it was so strong and powerful better than any other place I ever been to” We had young people falling with the Holy Spirit, some crying, it was God’s touch and many young people were delivered that precious memorial night! God is faithful and that’s final! Being obedient in hearing his voice is important or else nothing would have happened and many gave their lives to the Lord that day! And this is the story of Messiah’s Messenger’s and how they were formed.

Messiah’s Messengers! Have been going strong since ever since. The young people are powerful just like their name, they are strong in Faith I believe its “The Joshua’s generational without compromise and without FEAR” that’s God! He likes to rise up people of all background for his name sake! They are finding a LIFE in a new kind of life and that’s through a strong relationship with JESUS CHRIST the young people’s GOD a great Redeemer’s a Councillor, a Healer and Joy giver. “You got to try him”……one young person said to her friend”

Joel 2.28 and it shall come to pass afterward that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy…..

Today, we encourage our young people of all ethnic minorities to come to our Youth group held in Southall. We have a unique children’s Ministry encouraging young children to grow strong with God’s standards this is the work of Jesus Tower of Hope Ministries fulfils;

We are in the process developing a fun drama and dance club and will be introducing a exciting Graffiti art club and Music Club for Youth and children of all ages, The young people are gifted we are here to take out the gift and talent through new skills.

‘In Music’, learn to play God’s kind of music and have greatness deposited in you, God touches people’s lives through powerful gospel songs, and instruments just like David in the Bible played beautiful music unto the Lord so we worship and praise him with great celebration in the House of the Lord every time we meet!

We love taking our youth to summer trips to parks, beaches and short breaks for those individuals who have not yet had the experience. We aim to develop more fun activities and educational skill for the underachieved youth, bringing in a Hope of Jesus Christ that changes lives of surrounding youth in Southall.

So if you are looking for a “great place to chill out! It’s got to be Gods place, the real place to hang out! “This is the place for you” Now take the Step and the living God will do the rest!
